Justin Bieber Pleads Not Guilty in Miami Beach DUI Arrest, Surrenders to Toronto Police Over Alleged Assault

Justin Bieber pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in Florida as new police reports surfaced showing his alcohol breath tests were under the legal limit, even for an underage driver. In Canada on Wednesday night, the 19-year-old singer turned himself in to Toronto Police to face a charge in connection to an alleged assault involving a limousine driver in late December.
