Man Arrested in Death of Bicyclist

Saturday, Jose Javier Monserrate-Dural was speeding away from a hit-and-run crash in Davie when his car, eastbound on Griffin Road, struck and killed bicyclist Dwight Morrison, authorities say. NBC 6 reporter Gilma Avalos has the story.
