NOAA Slaps Warning on Man For Harassing Whale off Pompano Beach

A swimmer has been given a warning letter for harassing a sperm whale that died while languishing off the Pompano Beach shore two months ago, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said Thursday. NBC 6 reporter Willard Sheperd has the story.
