Man Shot Video of Underage Female Showering: Miami-Dade Police

Erwin Rodrigo Marchant faces eight counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, online Miami-Dade Corrections Records say. Police said two DVDs belonging to him showed an underage female showering. A judge ordered Marchant to stay away from the victim and to not contact her in bond court on Wednesday.
