Man Was Choked, with His Body Dragged into Ocean: Miami Beach Police

Jonathan Huskey and Warren Hernandez were arrested for the murder of a man whose body was found floating in the ocean at about 69th Street and Miami Beach, police said. A public defender was appointed for both defendants on Monday, and they were both held on no bond.
