Man Who Perished in Northwest Miami-Dade Stable Fire Identified as Sergio Fernandez: Police

On Monday Miami-Dade Police identified the man who died in this weekend’s fire at Rubio Ranch as Sergio L. Fernandez, 47. They also said that investigators have determined the fire, which killed three horses, was caused by arson. NBC 6’s Hank Tester reports.
