Man Who Shot at Road Ranger Arrested After Chase, Crash: Florida Highway Patrol

A man is in custody after he opened fire on a Road Ranger and another motorist in Broward then led police on a chase that ended in a crash in Miami-Dade late Tuesday, authorities said. Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Mark Wysocky discussed the case.
