Man Shot in Northwest Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade Police said the shooting happened outside the Friends Meat Market on the 6600 block of Northwest 22nd Avenue. Witness Sherell Williams described what she saw, and Viviam Armstrong, whose son was fired upon, recounted what he said.
