Mark Kelly and Gabrielle Giffords Launch Americans for Responsible Solutions

Former Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and her husband, Mark Kelly, have launched a gun control advocacy group called Americans for Responsible Solutions. The group has also rolled out a new public service announcement video aimed at encouraging Americans to support universal background checks. In the clip, Kelly purchases a handgun, undergoes a background check and video records the process, NBC 6’s Justin Finch reports.
