Martial Arts Instructor Recounts Broward Sheriff's Deputies Storming Into Studio

The BSO on Friday identified Andrew Thomas, 23, of Miramar as the suspect who was fatally shot by deputies at a Pembroke Pines Allstate office Thursday. Deputies cleared out surrounding businesses before the fatal confrontation, and Hafida Wilmot recounted what happened when deputies burst into her martial arts studio. Broward Sheriff Scott Israel discussed the case Thursday.
