Men Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography in Broward Crime Sweep: BSO

Philip Wilmoth, 53, was arrested after he forgot something on the bus, Broward Sheriffâ s Office Det. Jennifer Montgomery said. Wilmoth said he had “no idea” why he was being arrested. Robert Carroll, 60, of Lauderhill, who was also arrested, said that he was not trading child pornography. BSO Lt.
