Miami-Dade Cop Arrested on Multiple Child Porn Charges, Relieved of Duty

A Miami-Dade Police officer has been relieved of duty following his arrest Thursday on child pornography charges. David Jay Behney, 33, was arrested on 19 counts of possession of sexual performance by a child, Miami-Dade jail records showed.
