Miami-Dade Police Director James Loftus Honors Officers, Firefighters on Last Day on Job

James Loftus talked about how good it was to see Harry Burkli out and about, five months after the officer was injured in a car accident while responding to a crash. Loftus presented awards to officers and firefighters who aided Burkli on Friday. Burkli struggled to find words to express his emotions.
