Miami Police Looking for Man Who Dog Snatched Yorkie T-Cup Named Monster

The dog snatching happened March 13 while Monster’s owner, Athena Kafouros, was having dinner at Mykonos at 1201 Southwest 22nd Street, police said. Kafouros and Miami Police spokesman Detective Willie Moreno spoke about the case.
