Miami Police Officer Fired After Shooting Unarmed Man

Officer Reynaldo Goyos has been dismissed from the Miami police force for a shooting that occurred nearly two years ago, police said. The victim’s mother, Sheila McNeil, and former city commissioner Rev. Richard Dunn responded to the news.
