Miami Man Lured Boy Into Kmart Bathroom for Sex Act: Cops

A Miami man was arrested Tuesday after police say he lured a 12-year-old boy into a Kmart bathroom and tried to pay the boy to expose himself. Alejandro Gomez, 45, was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct in the April 3 incident at the store at 3825 Northwest 7th Street, according to Miami Police. Gomez was booked into Miami-Dade County Jail and later posted bond.
