Mistrial Sought in Rilya Wilson Murder Trial

Prosecutor Josh Weintraub walked into the courtroom Tuesday as Geralyn Graham’s lawyers were demanding a mistrial. The motion came after the news that Weintraub’s law license had been temporarily suspended over a failure to meet continuing legal education requirements. He was reinstated, however. Defense attorney Michael Matters and witness Lily Mae Tuft spoke in court Tuesday.
