Mother Arrested After Son Found Wandering in Miami Gardens

On Wednesday Miami-Dade Juvenile Court Judge Rosa Figueroa appointed a guardian for all five children who were living in Mathieu Judite Anice’s home, and ordered all the children into a state shelter.
