Luis Rodriguez, 23 months old, was on life support at Holtz Children’s Hospital at Jackson Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, after he fell from a second-story window when he was with his parents at the Paraiso Hotel in Hialeah on Friday night. Judge Alan Fine discussed the case.
