Notes and Writings Indicated James Oliver Seevakumaran's Planned Attack: University of Central Florida Police Chief

Officers found a .22-caliber tactical rifle, a .45-caliber handgun and improvised explosive devices in James Oliver Seevakumaran’s dorm room at the University of Central Florida, as well as notes and writings that showed he planned an attack, UCF Police Chief Richard Beary said at a Monday afternoon news conference.
