Three people were shot inside a car just before midnight in the area of Northwest 11th Avenue and 43rd Street, Miami Police spokeswoman Kenia Reyes said. The victim’s girlfriend, Ashley Cambridge, and Cecil Deloach, who heard gunfire, spoke about the incident.
