Opposition to Somerset Academy Plan for New School in Kendall

Plans for a new charter school in Kendall are being met by opposition from both parents of students and neighbors. Lawyer George McArdle, who was hired by homeowners to fight the proposed school, spoke about the issue, as did residents Herb Klein and Art Teitelbaum. Attorney Hugo Arza, who represents Somerset, said all buildings on the site would fit into current zoning laws.
