Owner of Car in Fatal Miami Hit-and-Run Surrenders to Police

Joy Terry Clatyon Lee, the owner of a car that was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman in Miami in March turned herself in to police Tuesday. Miami Police spokeswoman Kenia Reyes and the victim’s sister, Adriana Mares, spoke about the case.
