Penelope Soto Tells Judge She Is Starting To Work Toward GED

Penelope Soto returned to Miami-Dade court Friday to show she’s been making progress following her arrest on a Xanax possession charge last month. She told Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jeri Cohen that she is starting to work toward a GED, and said she is doing clerical work.
