Photo of Shuckers Collapse Aftermath Goes Viral

Seconds before it came crashing down, Harrison Ruggiero was on the Shuckers deck watching the Heat-Spurs game on TV. Once the deck – along with chairs, tables, and umbrellas – fell into the water, he snapped a photo of the debris that soon went viral. NBC 6’s Justin Finch reports.
