Police Negotiate With Suicidal Suspect on Turnpike Ramp, Traffic Delays Abound

As police negotiated with a suicidal suspect straddled on a ramp ledge at Florida’s Turnpike and Interstate 595, traffic became stalled for hours. The man has since surrendered to police negotiators. NBC 6’s Bobby Brooks reports.
