Police Release Sketch of Suspect Believed to Have Abducted the Man Walking Handcuffed, Barefoot on Expressway

Authorities have released a sketch of a man believed to be a suspect in the abduction of another man, who was found walking barefoot and handcuffed on the Palmetto Expressway last week. NBC 6’s Claudia DoCampo spoke with Miami-Dade Police Spokeswoman Robin Pinkard about the investigation.
