Rowing a Lot Like Dancing, Legally Blind Captain of Miami Rowing Club Championship Team Says

As captain of his rowing team, Steven Chica is proud to say that he and his teammates are the Miami Rowing Club’s newest champions. The 17-year-old Christopher Columbus High School student, who is legally blind, describes rowing as a lot like dancing. His mother Isabel Chica and teammate Marco Brugo spoke about him.
