Second Suspect in North Miami Motel 7 Murder Denied Bond

Terry Allen Nealy, 22, was denied bond as he appeared in court Monday on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Luis Perez, 21. The victim was shot twice at close range at a North Miami Motel 7 on Nov. 1, according to police. Nealy and Anthawn Ragan, 19, who is also in custody, targeted their victim, police said. Nealy called Ragan a liar in court Monday, NBC 6’s Gilma Avalos reports.
