Serial Peeping Tom Busted in Miami-Dade: Police

Jorge L. Godoy, 58, was arrested Wednesday on four charges related to three separate incidents, Miami-Dade Police said. Judge Victoria Sigler addressed Godoy in court on Friday. “He would look through the windows of different residences,” Miami-Dade Police spokeswoman Aida Fina-Milian said, adding that detectives believe there may be additional victims.
