Smash and Grab at Hialeah Electronics Store

Police are investigating a smash and grab burglary at a Hialeah electronics store Wednesday morning. The burglary happened at the h.h. gregg store at 3695 West 20th Avenue. Footage showed the store’s front entrance completely smashed, with a section of the door ripped off and part of the security gate mangled. Hialeah Police spokesman Det. Eddie Rodriguez called it a “typical smash and grab,” where the thieves use a car to bust through the front door or yank the door open.
