Some of Worst Flooding in Southwest Miami-Dade Neighborhood

Some of the worst flooding Tuesday was just off Bird Road and Ludlum Drive in southwest Miami-Drive, NBC 6’s Steve Litz reports. Neighborhood resident Debbie Santana spoke about all the water near her front door.
