Squatters Living in Sunset Drive Home: Coral Gables Officials

Coral Gables police, code enforcement and the city attorney are wrestling with a case of squatters occupying a home on Sunset Drive. Neighbors say that a man, his wife and a son have been living at 601 Sunset Drive, where a code enforcement officer taped a notice of code violations on the front gate late Wednesday afternoon. City Attorney Craig Leen and foreclosure expert Luis Valdeon discussed the case.
