Strong Surf, Bustling Streets on Day 2 of Hurricane Sandy in South Beach

Surfers took advantage of some of the best waves South Beach has seen in years on Friday. Brian Dix and Danny Collazo talked about the surfing action. However, Lt. Donald Hornby of Miami Beach Ocean Rescue warned that very strong rip currents were making the ocean “extremely dangerous.” Tourists Christine Krestiamsem and Peter Pavlec spoke about Friday’s good weather.
