Student Who Killed Himself at University of Central Florida Had Planned an Attack: Official

A University of Central Florida student who was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head early Monday had planned an attack and laid out a timeline, UCF Police Chief Richard Beary said. A UCF spokesman identified the student as James Oliver Seevakumaran, a 30-year-old business major who had not enrolled for the spring.
