Taxi Troubles: Miami-Dade Aviation Director Says He's Received Hundreds of Complaints About Cab Rides

Emilio Gonzalez said he has fielded hundreds of complaints from Miami visitors about their taxi rides since he took over as the Miami-Dade Aviation Department director in April. But changes could be coming to cab operations in the county. NBC 6’s Justin Finch reports.
