Technical Glitches at Open Enrollment for Affordable Care Act Kicks Off in South Florida

Half a dozen outreach workers and enrollment specialists were on hand Tuesday at the Community Health of South Florida branch in Cutler Bay, ready to help people sign up for insurance on day one of open enrollment in the through a government-run website known as the Health Insurance Marketplace. But computer glitches prevented the workers from signing up any people wanting affordable coverage, NBC 6’s Diana Gonzalez reports.
