Teen Shot in Northwest Miami-Dade

The shooting happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the area of Northwest 196th Terrace and Northwest 52nd Place, Miami-Dade Police said. Police spokesman Det. Alvaro Zabaleta and Gilberto Crespo, who heard gunshots, describe what happened.
