Tow Truck Caravan Honors Slain Driver

More than a hundred tow trucks from all over South Florida formed a caravan in memory of driver David Herr who was shot by a car owner as he was trying to tow the vehicle. NBC 6’s Claudia DoCampo spoke with the victim’s mother Mary Herr.
