Customer Accused of Duping Hollywood Car Dealership Using Fraudulent PayPal Debit Card

A customer is accused of duping a local car dealership to get a new car they didn’t pay for. Cars & Credit of Florida in Hollywood claims the sale involving a fraudulent PayPal debit card cost it about $37,000. Funding manager Janie Munoz talked about the case.
