University of Miami President Donna Shalala Talks About NCAA Sanctions

After the NCAA handed down sanctions on the University of Miami Tuesday, UM President Donna Shalala told NBC 6 anchor Jackie Nespral that she had made the decision to go ahead with the school’s self-imposed bowl ban while the investigation into the Nevin Shapiro scandal played out. Shalala said the program has already made major changes and more are to come.
