Video Appears to Show Woman Set on Fire

Surveillance video appears to show a man setting his girlfriend on fire in North Lauderdale. Noe Jimenez-Cortes, 40, was charged with attempted murder and arson, and was ordered held without bond in the Broward County jail. NBC 6’s Amanda Plasencia reports
