Wayne Treacy Gets 20 Years in Prison, 10 Years Probation

Wayne Treacy was sentenced Monday to 20 years in prison followed by 10 years probation for his conviction in the brutal attack on Josie Ratley. Treacy’s stepfather Cary Smith and his attorney, Russell Williams, spoke about the case, as did Ratley family attorney Sean Domnick, prosecutor Maria Schneider and psychiatrist Dr. Alexander Neumeister.
