Willie Dumel, Suspect in I-95 Wrong-Way Crash That Killed 4, Has Bond Set at $100,000

Willie Dumel, who police say killed four people in a violent wrong-way crash on I-95, made his first appearance in court Thursday where a judge set his bond at $100,000. Judge Dava Tunis and Dumel’s attorney, Andrew Rier, spoke about the case.
