Woman Stole, Crashed Car 3 Times Then Fled on Foot: Miami Police

Miami Police are looking for a woman who stole a car and crashed it three times before fleeing on foot with the victim’s purse Monday morning. The car ultimately crashed in the backyard of Eladia Vila, who spoke about the case, as did Rene Pimentel of the Miami Police.
