RAW: Police respond to a fatal truck into a canal scene in southwest Miami-Dade.
One person is dead after a pickup truck crashed into a canal in southwest Miami-Dade Wednesday morning.
Miami-Dade Police said the driver was killed after the truck veered off the road and went into the canal. The identity of the driver wasn't released.
Police said they were trying to determine how the truck ended up in the canal. No other information was known.
