Four of the victims were teenagers as three of the victims were airlifted to the hospital.
Five people including four teenagers were rushed to the hospital after a head-on crash in Hialeah Tuesday morning.
The crash happened in the area of West 84th Street and 6th Avenue, Hialeah Fire Rescue officials said.
The four teens who were in one car and another person from the other car were all taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital as trauma alerts, officials said.
Hialeah Police are investigating what led to the crash.
