50 Couples Tie the Knot at Miami Beach Mass Wedding

50 couples get married at Miami Beach as part of the city’s 100-year celebration.

Miami Beach is ringing in its 100-year celebration in style as about 100 people tied the knot in a ceremony Monday.

About 50 couples got hitched or renewed their vows at the ceremony, presided over by Mayor Philip Levine.

"This is my first time marrying a hundred people. Who could believe that?" Levine said.

Each couple walked down the aisle alone, with the mayor and interfaith minister Eddie Rodriguez officiating. The mass wedding is part of Miami Beach's centennial celebration.
