Neisser Lezcano is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault and grand theft with a firearm.
A man who may be responsible for several local burglaries faced a judge on Friday. Despite his polite demeanor, the hand of the law came down hard on him.
Neisser Lezcano, already on probation for armed burglary, is now facing new charges.
"You were arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm, three counts, and grand theft with a firearm," the judge said during Friday's hearing.
Sweetwater Police arrested Lezcano after they got reports of shots fired in the area of Northwest 4th Terrace and 112th Avenue.
"This spurred into other investigations that led us to resolve multiple burglaries including some involving stolen firearms," said Sweetwater Police Chief Placido Diaz.
In bond court, Lezcano started telling the judge, through the court interpreter, about yet another possible crime.
"What are you talking about? Information about another case where you know somebody who was killed?" asked Judge Mindy Glazer, Miami-Dade Bond Court.

"Yes, this morning, and was killed this morning," Lezcano said, before being stopped by the public defender.
The judge gave Lezcano no bond on the current four criminal charges and set stay away orders for three alleged victims.
Before leaving the courtroom, Lezcano said to the judge, "Thank you your honor, I apologize for the inconvenience."
He will be back in court on Monday. He could now possibly face three more charges of attempted murder, bringing the grand total to nine felonies.
