Police are investigating after a body was found outside a North Miami Publix early Sunday morning.
North Miami Police said 52-year-old Juan Marimon was shot multiple times around 3:45 a.m. outside the grocery store located on NE 6th Avenue and 129th Street. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue pronounced Marimon dead at the scene.
A maintenance worker at an apartment complex across the streets told NBC 6 that he found bullet casings and blood. Police have not said if that is connected to the death.
